Last Updated: March 18, 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (the āTermsā) govern your access to and use of the mireqvton website and its educational course materials (together, the āServiceā). By visiting the site, registering, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Educational Purpose and Disclaimers
mireqvton provides educational information about boutique retail operations, customer service skills, selling language, and store standards. The Service is provided for learning and training purposes only. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
Any examples, scripts, checklists, or scenario walkthroughs are illustrative. Outcomes vary based on store policies, team experience, product category, market conditions, and seasonality. You are responsible for deciding how (and whether) to implement any training concepts in a real retail environment.
No official logos are used on this site. Any references to retail practices are generic and intended to support training discussions.
3. Description of the Service
The Service may include lesson pages, written modules, exercises, templates, and other supporting materials aimed at improving boutique customer service and floor routines. We may add, remove, or modify content, features, or lesson structure over time. We may also suspend or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
The Service is provided āas isā and āas availableā. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific performance outcomes, or that materials will meet every storeās policy framework.
4. Registration and Account Information
Certain parts of the Service may require registration. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Registration on this site collects only your name, email address, and a password. Please keep your password confidential and do not share it.
You are responsible for activities that occur under your account credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at [email protected].
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- Attempt to access the Service using automated means (including scraping, crawling, or harvesting) that could harm site performance or bypass controls.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system, or attempt to breach any security or authentication measures.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, or any code intended to disrupt or compromise the Service or any user device.
- Impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or provide false registration information.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited messages, spam, or deceptive communications.
- Use the Service in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations, including sanctions or export controls.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Service if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or risks harm to users, systems, or the integrity of the course materials.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including text, lessons, templates, course structure, visual design, and site code, is owned by mireqvton or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal learning or internal staff training purposes.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from the materials, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with prior written permission. You may print or save limited excerpts for personal reference, provided you keep all attribution and do not remove proprietary notices.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may reference third-party services for convenience (for example, general browser features or external resources discussed in an educational context). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an āas isā and āas availableā basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that content will be accurate or complete for every retail environment.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mireqvton will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will be limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mireqvton from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, labour disputes, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or failures of hosting and cloud providers.
12. International Use
The Service is operated from the United Kingdom. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for compliance with local laws where you access the Service.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and allow a 30-day period for informal resolution. Many issues can be addressed quickly by email, especially registration and access questions.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the governing law and venue provisions below will apply, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
14. Governing Law and Courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of London, England will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide you the right to bring claims in your local courts.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your use poses a security risk. Upon termination, the license granted to you under these Terms ends immediately.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Any unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while reflecting the original intent.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and mireqvton regarding the Service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings.
18. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets.
19. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative.
20. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect 14 days after they are posted on this page, unless a change is required by law or addresses an urgent security issue, in which case it may take effect sooner. The āLast Updatedā date at the top of the page indicates when the latest version was posted.
21. Electronic Communications
You agree that electronic communications (including email and notices provided on the Service) satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
